Their combined forces pushed the Beasts back, but the Beasts retaliated fiercely, and it seemed the Guardians' efforts were beginning to falter.

Then, a light emerged from the Moonstone, summoning a mysterious fourth Guardian, a seemingly ordinary girl named Lily who’d been adopted by the town's miller when she was a baby. In her hands appeared an enchanted staff that shone blindingly bright. She was bestowed with the divine power of Light that the Beasts cowered from. With the collective force of the four Guardians, the stunned Shadow Beasts were finally defeated and banished into oblivion.
