It was a sea so vast, it was believed to contain the tears of all sorrow and joy that the world ever experienced. Yet, one day it vanished, as if it was never there, leaving just arid land as far as eyes could see. The 'Tale of The Lost Sea' hence begins from this peculiar incident.
In the coastal town of Aquilon, a young boy named Caden had grown up with stories of this grand sea. Caden, an ordinary boy of simple delights, had a heart full of curiosity. The tales of sea dragons, mysterious underwater cities, and the tragic disappearance of the Halcyon struck a chord within him, leading him to question the fate that befell the mighty sea. After the king was defeated, the Queen, shattered and heartbroken, vanished along with Halcyon, as a result of her unbearable sorrow. This revelation left Caden heartbroken yet strengthened his resolve to find the Queen, hoping her happiness would restore Halcyon to its former glory.
The journey was treacherous and challenging, testing the mettle and resilience of young Caden. He met various mythical creatures, faced numerous trials, and ventured into mysterious realms. His steadfast spirit and commendable courage led him to the Temple of the Forgotten Seas, where his destiny and path to the queen awaited.
Navigating through the temple's trials, Caden reached the hidden chamber where the Sea Queen was in an eternal slumber, shielded by her tears that formed a crystal cocoon around her. The sight was as breathtaking as it was melancholic. With the help of the Sage’s teachings, Caden approached the Sea Queen and put forth his heartfelt pleas for her return, promising her that the world needed her beauty and charm, and that she would never face exploitation again.
Awakened by Caden's words and his unwavering spirit, the Sea Queen stirred from her sleep. The tears of joy broke the crystals around her, flowing back through unseen drains, and the queen awoke from her sorrowful slumber. As she rose, the barren land where Halcyon was supposed to be, sprung back to life, the water gushed, and the creatures rejoiced.
