The Symphony of the Sunken City

Once upon a time, in a land vastly surrounded by crystal clear blue oceans with dense tropical forests covering the periphery, there existed a city that was claimed by the ocean, known as the Sunken City.
At the heart of this submerged metropolis resided the last known relic of the ancient world, the 'Endless Moon' – a gem that held the power to control time and tide. Its beauty was unparalleled, shimmering under the sea reflecting an ethereal glow that suffused through the entire ocean bed, giving the submerged city a celestial appearance.
A maestro named Lyric lived in a nearby island. He was renowned around the world for his musical prowess. His mastery over the violin could enchant, soothe, and transport his listeners to a realm of serene tranquility. Though he was admired and revered for his talent, he was continually haunted by a dream. The dream depicted the Endless Moon and he believed that he was destined to play his eternal symphony for it. Hence, he embarked on a perilous journey to the sunken city.
The first stage of his adventure required him to pass through the Hissing Woods, a forest known for its venomous serpents and carnivorous plants. Using the harmony his violin could produce, he lulled the lethal creatures into a deep sleep, navigating through the forest unscathed. Then came the Whispering Caves, a series of underground tunnels inhabited by Echo ghouls that prey on lost travelers. He played a soft melody, cancelling the ghouls' own fearsome calls, thus bypassing another danger.
Finally, he reached the coastline, gazing upon the vast blue expanse that kept him from the city. To cross it, he would have to escape the wrath of the malicious Sirens, seductive but deadly creatures that dwelled in the water. As he began his crossing, the Sirens ascended from the depths singing their hypnotic songs, attempting to lead him to his demise. However, Lyric began to play his violin amidst the chaos. His enchanting rhythm intertwined with the Sirens’ song, creating a melody so beautiful and heartbreaking that it brought tears to the eyes of these unearthly beings. Overwhelmed by unseen emotions, the Sirens let him pass peacefully.
Having overcome all obstacles, he finally arrived at the sunken city. The sight of Endless Moon took his breath away with its otherworldly beauty. With reverence, Lyric played his violin for the relic. The harmonious sound he produced reverberated through the water and hit the gem, eliciting a mesmerizing luminescence that lit up the entire ocean, its ethereal glow attracting creatures from distant corners to witness this spectacle.
As he played his eternal symphony, the gem started to respond to his melody. It started moving back and forth slowly, gradually picking up the speed. The city, which had been asleep for eons, had gotten a rhythm to dance to. The gem dictated the motion of the city replicating a wave movement dancing to the melody, whilst maintaining its core stability. The city danced as Lyric played, with each note releasing a burst of dazzling light from the gem. This heavenly sight was a spectacle to behold! The city danced and glittered under the sea to the magical rhythm of Lyric's violin. It was the first time that this quiet undersea city witnessed such a fantastic spectacle, thanks to the maestro's symphony.
When the song ended, Lyric, exhausted, lay on the ocean floor, his heart filled with a feeling of satisfaction. His dream was finally fulfilled. His symphony had indeed woken the sleeping city, giving it a new life.
And thus, the legend of Lyric's extraordinary symphony for the Sunken City spread across the world. It bestowed him with eternal fame and glory. It became a ritual, a spectacle that was performed every year, where animals and beings from all around came to witness the symphony of the Sunken City, mesmerized by its beauty, year after year.
