The Symphony of Eternal Companionship

Once upon a time, in a small village named Appelgarten nestled between the green valleys, there resided an elderly boarding school music professor named Mr. Oskar. He passed his evenings in solitude, interacting with nothing but the melodies that sprang from his antique piano, the only remnant of his past life. His students witnessed his great musicianship but were always bemused by an enigma that clung to his persona.
One day, a new student named Felix arrived at the school. Enthralled by Mr. Oskar's music, the ambition to unravel his mystery quickly settled within Felix.
One evening, Felix clandestinely followed Mr. Oskar to his quarters and peered through an uncurtained window. He witnessed something magical: a vacant chair beside Mr. Oskar seemed to come alive, dancing to the melody, full of energy and rhythm. Overwhelmed with excitement, the young boy shared his vicarious experience with his fellow hostellers. Myths of an invisible presence started circulating, instilling curiosity, fear, and excitement in equal measures amongst the students and staff at the school.
Felix couldn’t fathom this mystery and decided to confront Mr. Oskar. One sunny afternoon, with a great degree of trepidation, he approached the old man. On being asked about the spectral dance, Mr. Oskar smiled, reminiscing about a beautiful story of love and friendship.
Decades ago, young Oskar was not alone. Next to him sat a stunning presence, his loving wife, Malena, an incredible dancer. Their souls intertwined, creating a symphony of music and dance. But a terrible illness had shadowed Malena’s life, confining her to the chair, where she danced moving only her arms. Tragically, Malena passed away, but the chair, still having a spirit of its own, continued to dance to the harmonious jazz produced by Oskar's piano.
The other students learned about Mr. Oskar's past and began to appreciate him even more. Their fearful whispers transformed into respectful salutations. They would smile at him fondly, acknowledging his lost love and eternal companionship.
Year after year, generations of students repeated the tale of 'the dancing chair,' cherishing the love of an old music professor for his deceased wife. Mr. Oskar continued to play his piano every night. The chair kept dancing, and the symphony of their eternal companionship kept echoing in the corridors of the boarding school. Their love became immortal, living through the wavering tales and silent whispers that graced the hallways of the Appelgarten boarding school.
