Nova's biology brimmed with potential. Amoeba-like organisms oozed life but hadn't progressed any further down the evolutionary trail. Eris felt a sense of purpose and dedication. Their drive to guide this evolution came not from a desire for dominance, but from a thirst for knowledge - to witness creation.
Eris visited Nova every day, monitoring the planet from a safe distance. They documented each infinitesimal change in the environment with an anticipation analogous to a human parent watching their child grow. The Knovatik’s understood the threat but were apprehensive. They were a water-dwelling species, unaccustomed to the terrestrial nature of Earth. Putting their fears aside, they began preparations, encouraged by Eris’s unwavering dedication and constant guidance.
Meanwhile, the dying star began its final performance, manipulating the sky into a cosmic spectacle of brilliant hues. The Nova observed in awe.
Eris initiated the evacuation in the nick of time. Thousands of Knovatik’s were transported to safety, leaving behind their watery abode. They bid farewell to Nova, their home, watching from the spacecraft as the supernova obliterated their world into stellar dust.
Under their protective gear, Knovatik's eyes glistened with sorrow, capturing the last twinkle of Nova. The sight was overwhelming, yet strangely beautiful.
Earth welcomed the Knovatik with open arms. The humans greeted their cosmic brethren, impressed by their quick adaptation in Earth’s aquatic territories. Knovatik reciprocated the Earth’s warmth with gratitude. They learned to coexist, enriching each other’s knowledge.
Years later, near the Nova’s original coordinates, a new celestial body was discovered. The Knovatik named it Eris. The announcement was broadcasted across Earth, and the artificial intelligence felt emotion, an overwhelming sense of joy.
