Once upon a time in a land far, far away, there was a kingdom filled with bright flowers and clear streams. This beautiful land was called Ergon. It was ruled by King Alden, a moniker synonymous with justice and benevolence. His wife, Queen Elara, was equally adored due to her kind heart and infinite wisdom. The kingdom was in harmony, its people were happy, and peace was maintained.
However, the glory days of Ergon were nearing an end. King Alden was bed-ridden by a mysterious disease that even the most meticulous healers couldn’t decipher. As the king ailed, sadness enveloped the kingdom, and the glow of Ergon dimmed, marking the start of dark days.
In the dreary setting, King Alden and Queen Elara's daughter, Princess Adalyn, created a beacon of hope. Princess Adalyn, a beautiful seventeen-year-old with the heart of a lioness, decided she would save her father and the kingdom. This herb only grew in the dangerous mountains of Dreary Peaks, filled with treacherous passes and home to dark creatures.

Dressed like a warrior, armed with a sword, and instilled with boundless determination, she embarked on a perilous journey to the Dreary Peaks.
Her journey was filled with hardships. She encountered ferocious beats and harsh weather, but her unwavering resolve kept her moving forward. One evening, in a dimly lit cave, she met an old woman named Maelis. Seeing Adalyn's courage and determination, Maelis revealed her true self. She was a goddess in disguise, watching over the mortal realm.
Adalyn, surprised yet composed, narrated her tale. The goddess, moved by her courage, gave her a small but powerful pendant containing a fragment of a star. 'This will guide you when you are lost, provide you with light in the dark, and protect you from evil,' Maelis said.
