The Legendary Dragon Slayer: Prince Theodore

Once upon a time, in a kingdom that lay nestled between mountains and seas, was a young prince named Theodore. He was known for his charm, his wisdom and his sense of justice. A golden-haired lad with emerald eyes, he was loved and adored by all of his subjects.
The prince had a faithful servant, an old man named Ezra, who served him dutifully. They were the best of friends, and Ezra was like a father to the prince. Ezra used to narrate enchanting stories of courage, wisdom, and power to Theodore, which helped to shape the young prince's character.
One day, while traveling, the duo passed through a dense forest named Yarndell. Yarndell was rumored to be the dwelling place of a dreadful beast—a dragon. As they camped for the night, they heard a guttural growl, growing louder and more menacing. And from the darkness emerged the dragon, its eyes burning with an ancient fury.
Scared, yet courageous, Prince Theodore took his sword and commanded the dragon to leave. However, the dragon did not heed his command and instead, it lunged towards the prince.
However, the prince being adept in combat parried the dragon's attacks. In a moment of desperation, Theodore been threw his sword, piercing the dragon's side. Thunder roared as the dragon cried out in pain, twisting and coiling and finally succumbing to its wounds. Theodore had slain the dragon of Yarndell.
On closer inspection, Theodore saw something glinting where the dragon fell. It was a golden orb with inklings in ancient language that read 'Keeper of Power’. It was the mythical Dragon Orb, an artifact of immense power, said to grant its holder the wisdom, strength and immortality of a dragon.
Returning home, the tale of their bravery spread through the kingdom. Theodore became a hero, a beacon of hope and power to his subjects. He ruled with compassion and wisdom, aided by the strength and knowledge he gained from the Dragon Orb. His kingdom flourished into the most prosperous and peaceful realm in all the lands.
Years passed. Ezra, aged and frail, lay on his deathbed. Theodore held his hand, his heart heavy. Ezra, with his last breaths, made Theodore promise to use the power of the Dragon Orb wisely, to always protect their kingdom, and their people.
Theodore, mourning the loss of his dear friend, was full of sorrow. He watched as the kingdom mourned the loss of its beloved sage. And in his grief, he made an oath. He would protect his people, keep them safe, keep them happy, and honor Ezra’s last wish.
The prince ruled with wisdom and an iron fist, his kingdom continued its prosperity for centuries under his reign, and so the legend of Prince Theodore, the Dragon Slayer, and the immortal king lived on, a testament to his courage and dedication, a legacy that would live forever in the annals of their history.
