The Last Dusk of Stronton-ba
Once, in the quiet yet vibrant planet of Stronton-ba, in the Zyxalop galaxy, resided an ancient civilization. Their world was a splendid canvas splattered with hues borrowed from a cosmic palette. Sentient beings known as 'Kormians' were the solitary dwellers of this celestial Eden. They had eyes that sparkled like amethyst, skin as radiant as dusk, and they were born with natural intellect, curiosity, and creativity.
Stronton-ba was ruled by the noble and wise leader, Knorfen, the eldest Kormian who looked after his world like a father tending to his child. The heart of Stronton-ba, the city of Kermia, was designed by the brilliant chief architect Tridol. It was a city where technology was enriched by nature, and nature was nurtured by technology.
Deep down in the core of Stronton-ba, lay an energy source, 'Fiery Zithrium'. Besides being the planet's power source, it was also the core element of Kormians and their body's energy regulator. Their lives depended on the balanced radiation of Fiery Zithrium.
One day, Stronton-ba experienced an unforeseen catastrophe. The Fiery Zithrium started showing erratic behavior, flaring out intense radiation. Knorfen and the council of elders gathered to understand the cause. They discovered an enormous asteroid with an equally mystical energy source was heading toward Stronton-ba. Collision of such energy sources would annihilate their planet.
On one hand, fear was growing among the Kormians. On the other hand, hope ignited in their hearts as their leader, Knorfen, instructed all the scientists and researchers to devise a plan against this colossal threat. Among them was a young and brilliant scientist, Zatheron.
Zatheron came up with an ingenious solution: to use the surplus energy of Fiery Zithrium as a beam to deflect the asteroid's trajectory. However, this would result in a drastic decrease in energy radiation levels, making it uninhabitable for Kormians on their native planet.
A wave of somber realization washed over the inhabitants of Stronton-ba, that they would have to leave their beloved motherland. Under Knorfen's guidance, Kormians united to transform their city, Kermia, into a massive spaceship. The remaining Fiery Zithrium was used as a propulsion system, ensuring Kormians' survival as space nomads.
With each passing day, the grandeur of Stronton-ba faded, and the brilliance of Kermia shone brighter. Finally, when the efforts bore fruit, the day arrived for their painful yet courageous exodus. The sky echoed with the heartrending goodbyes of the Kormians to their homeland. Stronton-ba's last dusk filled their hearts with melancholy, and yet, a firm resolve to thrive in the journey that lay ahead.
As planned, the Fiery Zithrium was harnessed to generate a beam that managed to divert the incoming asteroid's trajectory, saving the planet but rendering it uninhabitable. With the sacrifice of Stronton-ba, the city of Kermia took flight, carrying the entirety of the Kormian race toward an uncertain yet hopeful future.
Though the beautiful Stronton-ba was deserted, the Kormians took away its essence in the form of memories, wisdom, and stories. The legacy of Stronton-ba lived on in every Kormian's heart as they ventured ahead, exploring the infinite cosmos in their city-turned-spaceship, carrying their reminiscent past into an adventurous future.
