His stall, laden with myriad curiosities, was a symphony of clattering curios, each holding their unique tale. Among them, nestled in a dusty corner, was an ordinary-looking hourglass. But, Alastair knew it was anything but ordinary.
One day, a teenager named Eli, drawn to the strange allure of the antiquities, noticed the hourglass. It was simple, filled with sparkling golden sand, but it emanated a mesmerizing aura. Eli, fascinated, purchased the hourglass, oblivious to the lore surrounding it.
