The Eloquent Oak's Savior
Once upon a time, in a vast and vivid kingdom named Arboria, ruled King Oberon, a wise and capable man. He was well-known for his sharp wit and just rule, but an unfortunate event had left his heart uneasy. The heart of his kingdom, an enormous tree, known as the 'Eloquent Oak', had begun to wither. It was a magical tree, bearing golden fruit, its powerful magic contributed towards the flourishing of Arboria and the well-being of its inhabitants.
The King knew, for the Oak to survive, an ancient prophecy had to be fulfilled, which stated, 'The heart of Arboria shall gain vitality from the tears of the golden dragon'. The problem was, dragons were extinct.
Although the situation seemed dire, King Oberon refused to lose hope. He called his son, Prince Lorian, a young boy of sixteen winters with the courage of a lion. He handed him the royal sword, draped in shimmering emerald vine design, indicating his biggest task, to find the golden dragon and save Arboria.
For weeks, Prince Lorian rode through unchartered territories, met several creatures, fairies, talking animals, witches, but the golden dragon was nowhere to be found. Nevertheless, his spirit remained intact, his courage fueled his journey.
One day, while traversing through a whispering forest, he encountered Scara, a vividly colored phoenix with eyes sparkling like sapphire. Scara said she knew a place where a golden dragon could exist, but it was high in the mountains and very dangerous. Understanding the grave need, Lorian accepted the risk. Scara, intriguingly, agreed to assist him, swayed by his courage and love for his kingdom.
After several tumultuous days and living through many harrowing experiences, they found an abandoned temple hidden deep in the heart of the mountains. In the center was a golden hued dragon, not fierce, but frail and dying.
With extreme patience, Lorian approached the dragon, and he explained his quest. The dragon, understanding the importance of the Eloquent Oak, agreed to help. But he was too weak to produce tears. It was Scara, the phoenix, who came to the rescue. She lovingly healed the dragon using her magical fiery tears. Once revived, the dragon shed a single tear, and Larian secured it in a moss-covered vial.
Returning to Arboria, Lorian rushed to the Oak and let the tear fall onto its withered roots. Instantly, a shock of green energy erupted. The once dying Oak began to bloom. The golden fruits again returned to its branches, and life sprang forth around it. The kingdom, once again, was thriving.
King Oberon, filled with pride, declared a grand feast, honoring Prince Lorian, Scara, and a statue of the golden dragon. The energy, vitality, and endless celebration danced throughout Arboria, tying knots of friendships and shared stories of triumph. The kingdom of Arboria had revived, and along with it, the spirit of its people. A tale of courage, friendship and determination echoed throughout generations to define Arboria's history.
