The Doctor Of Eden

Once upon a time in the small town named Eden, a boy named Noah lived. He was born in a poor family; however, his heart was filled with dreams bigger than the vast ocean. One of these dreams was becoming a doctor, not to earn hefty paychecks but to serve the underprivileged without charging them a penny.
Everyday after completing his mundane chores, Noah used to sit under his favorite mango tree, reading borrowed books about medicine. Despite the financial hardships, his determination to study did not waver. He studied through the candlelight, making his dreams shine brighter with each passing night.
One day, the news of the Royals' arrival spread like wildfire. King Bartholomew was visiting each town to set up a royal school, providing free education to one deserving student from each town. This seemed like the golden opportunity Noah was waiting for. He started preparing for the entrance exam.
When the King arrived, a tough examination was held, and only Noah and the Mayor's son, Barnaby, the wealthiest and the most luscious child of Eden passed. The King decided that he would conduct an interview to choose among the two. Despite the difference in their backgrounds, the King treated both with fairness.
One question that the King asked was, 'What will you do after completing your education?' Barnaby replied, saying that he would move to a larger town for better opportunities and lifestyle. Noah, on the other hand, expressed his desire to stay in Eden and utilize his knowledge for the betterment of his villagers.
King Bartholomew was deeply touched by Noah's sense of responsibility towards his people. He admired his dreams and chose Noah to study in the Royal School of Medicine.
Years passed, Noah returned as Doctor Noah. He did as he said, dedicating his life to the villagers of Eden and curing them for free. He not only became the town's first doctor but also its hero. Eden that was deficient of medical facilities turned into a more prosperous and healthy town because of Noah.
The boy who once studied under a tree now had a small clinic cum home under the same tree. People from far and wide started visiting Eden for availing affordable treatments.
Noah's tale is a testament that dreams are not a luxury only the rich can afford; they are pearls embedded in the heart of every dreamer, no matter how substantial or infinitesimal. It not only emphasizes the profound power of self-belief and determination but also emphasicates that dreams do eventually come true - if not today, then tomorrow, for time is but a minor hindrance for dreams as formidable as his.
