As months passed, news reached Sydney that his village was on the brink of destruction. Hollowed by guilt and grief, Sydney resolved to reclaim the Crystals and undo the sorcery that imprisoned his father and the others. With europhic strength, he hastened his return to Sandara.

Using his courage to channel through the power of the heirloom pendant, Sydney was able to overpower Zephyros, finally sending him away.
