The Chronicle of the Lost Prince
In distant lands, where mighty mountains grazed the endless skies and relentless rivers crossed the eternal valleys, lay a kingdom of unparalleled beauty - Beryl. The calm and tranquillity of this realm were protected vigilantly by their brave and noble king - King Cyrus. Assisting him in his efforts was his young, enthusiastic son, Prince Eldrid.
In the king's heart, Prince Eldrid, despite his prodigious military skills, was still an innocent child, yearning to explore the world. One day, yielding to his son's persistent pleas, King Cyrus allowed Eldrid to leave the comfort of Beryl and wander into the unrevealed world. However, with great concern, the king beseeched Eldrid to always remember the path home.
With dreams gleaming in his azure eyes, Eldrid embarked on his journey. He ventured through mystical forests, treacherous mountains, and limitless deserts, all while meeting diverse nations and animals. As he experienced the raw and unrefined world, the prince nurtured an insightful perspective about life.
One day, his adventures led him to a mysterious region shrouded in beaming light. As he plunged into the light, the prince discovered that he had entered a realm of peculiar beings - the kingdom of Nysa.
Nysa was an ethereal land, home to bewitching fairies and radiating a celestial glow. Struck by its splendour, Prince Eldrid decided to linger there. His decision was reinforced by the enchanting fairy, Lysandra, the queen of Nysa. Lysandra was a divine beauty who possessed the ability to captivate anybody with her charm.
Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, the prince completely lost track of time and forgot about his kingdom. Meanwhile, Lysandra, under her charm, kept Eldrid from remembering his past.
Back in Beryl, the king's anxiety amplified with each passing day. Grief-stricken, he announced a grand search for Prince Eldrid. Knights from distant corners were summoned to find the one true heir of Beryl.
Among them entered a young warrior named Callis. Bearing a peasant background, Callis had tall tales of bravery and wit. His courageous heart was engrossed by the tale of the lost prince, and he took it upon himself to locate the missing heir.
Venturing through asperous terrains, Callis retraced the path of Eldrid. His journey led him to the mystical kingdom of Nysa. Not enchanted by its beauty or deceitful charm, lucid Callis sought out for the prince.
Reunited, Eldrid’s old memories flooded back, and he realized the grave mistake he had made. He wished to return to his home, but Lysandra, in a fit of rage, imprisoned both Eldrid and Callis. However, Eldrid, trained by the finest warriors, and Callis, with his sharp wit, managed to escape their celestial prison.
The duo fought their way out of Nysa, encountering numerous fairies ready to stop them. Lysandra, watching her kingdom crumble, cursed Eldrid of forgetfulness again, but the spell bounced off and hit her instead due to a mirror Callis happened to be carrying.
After a relentless pursuit, both Eldrid and Callis escaped Nysa, and the prince found his way back home. The curse of forgetfulness laid on Lysandra, and Nysa was forever closed for mortals.
Reunited with his worried father, Prince Eldrid was greeted with a magnificent celebration that lasted for days. Callis was honoured for his bravery and was appointed as the prince's trustworthy aid, promising numerous adventures in the future. The tale of the lost prince who found his way back became a legend, reminding everyone in Beryl and beyond that no charm is powerful enough to blur the path home.
