Rising Star of Retoria

Once, in a distant galaxy shimmering in an array of bright stars, was a planet named Retoria. Retoria was unusual and lonely, largely because it wasn't illuminated by a natural star, but a gigantic lamp itself, as if manifesting the life-on-your-own spirit.
On this planet, dwelt a peculiar child named Lorio who was marked as 'different' from an early age due to his glowing aura. Tagged as the oddball, Lorio longed for companionship and acceptance, nurturing a dream to bring Retoria out of its darkness and fill it with natural light, so he'll become 'normal' like the rest.
One day, while playing near the artificial lamp, Lorio stumbled upon an old, rusted spaceship hidden behind the gas clouds. This spaceship belonged to a lost civilization that once inhabited Retoria. Lorio knew this because he was an avid reader and had read about them in the ancient books he found at his grandfather's house. He knew that the inhabitants were said to be adept at harnessing celestial energy but mysteriously vanished, leaving their technology behind.
Without wasting a moment, Lorio dedicated himself to learn and understand this foreign technology. Days turned into nights, and nights into days as the young boy tirelessly studied the ancient mechanisms. In course of time, Lorio discovered that the spaceship possessed the ability to generate a powerful beam of light that never died.
Lorio's heart pounded in his chest; he knew what he had to do. He planned to convert their gigantic lamp into a natural star with the help of the spaceship's technology, providing Retoria with its own sun. Lorio toiled day and night, every bit of his focus channelled towards his dream. His lights didn't just sparkle during this time, they blazed.
One fateful evening, after many failed attempts and numerous revisions of his mechanism, Lorio finally succeeded. He combined the spaceship's tattered part with the base of the lamp in such a way that it could draw the necessary energy and create a bright, spherical, self-emitting object, that resembled a sun.
The moment Lorio pushed the start button, a thunderous sound echoed around the planet, followed by an eerie silence. Then, as if a conductor raised his baton, the lamp started changing. It started moulding itself into a shape while burning brighter than ever before. A wave of heat and light swept over Retoria before it finally stabilised into a star, bringing light to every corner of Retoria.
Their artificial lamp was now a dazzling star, casting a warm, loving glow over everyone. For the first time in their history, the Retorians saw a natural sunset - a beautiful dance of hues painting their sky. Nightfall came with a billion twinkling stars because their star took a nap too.
The citizens erupted at the miraculous sight, unable to hold back their euphoria. They praised Lorio for his bravery and intelligence. The boy that was once ridiculed was now accepted and adored. Lorio's dream had come true - he had brought Retoria out of darkness, turning himself 'normal'.
However, the irony didn't escape Lorio. He realized he was never abnormal; it was the perception of the others that was flawed. He realized that those who are called 'different' are the ones capable of making the biggest difference.
Not only did Retoria get its natural light, but it also learned to value uniqueness and treat it as a strength. From then on, every Retorian would remember that a bright star hung over them, illuminating their world, because a young boy dared to dream and followed it against all odds.
And so, the tale of the 'Rising Star of Retoria' echoed across the galaxy, inspiring other civilizations to believe in the power of being 'different' and to accept the fact that it what makes them unique.
