Rise of the Silent Sentinel
This tale begins in the bustling city of Macara, a sprawling metropolis known for its rapid industrial evolution. The city was growing, expanding day by day under the ambitious leadership of Mayor Thompson. However, with this extensive growth came class disparity, corruption, and crime. The impoverished were left to fringes while the rich people lived safely within their grandeur. Caught in between were the middle-class folks, drifting away like driftwood in the sea of injustice.
The main protagonist of our story is a regular man named Derek Mathew, who was not so regular in his courage. Derek was a low-level clerk in city hall, leading an ordinary life with his wife and daughter. However, one day, his life took an abrupt turn. A significant object, a mysterious artifact, came into his life, which looked more like an ancient ornamental body armor with an embedded crystal in it.
One ordinary day turned extraordinary when Derek was run down by a thug on his way home. His assailant, once a law-abiding citizen, had turned to crime due to poverty. As the criminal pointing his gun, Derek had nothing to defend himself with but the artifact from his bag. Meanwhile, Mayor Thompson was in the throes of a grand plan. He intended to seize absolute power using an experimental brainwashing device built on technology only he possessed. Through his law enforcement chief, the mayor slowly started implementing his scheme of controlling Macara fully.
Derek, on the other hand, was struggling with dual identities. He was fighting corruption as the Silent Sentinel while battling his internal conflicts. Being a superhero was not all it was made out to be. He missed being a regular man and father.

He reached the central platform where the mayor controlled everything, destroying the mind-controlling device.
