The Grymloch, impressed by Nathaniel's bravery and pure heart, shared with him the secret of Eldridge - the mystical 'Heart of the Forest.'
The 'Heart of the Forest' was an astonishingly radiant crystal that held the power to bring prosperity and health to any land. Nathaniel, in agreement with the Grymloch, took only a small shard from the heart, promising to use it to help Peacebrook prosper.
