Once upon a time, nestled in a remote corner of the galaxy, was the humble planet of Astra, home to a civilization technologically leaps and bounds ahead of our own. Astra was famous for producing the most intrepid and fearless explorers that the cosmos had ever seen. One such explorer who stood out amongst the rest was Captain Eleutheria.

She returned to Astra as the wearied traveler who traversed the Lightyear Gap, a hero. Forever after, the people of Astra looked upon the Gap not as a realm of fear, but a symbol of promise.
