The story begins when the necklace mysteriously disappeared from the royal treasury, which had been its home for generations.
Once upon a time, the royal family hosted a grand feast to celebrate the forthcoming coronation of their youngest prince, Prince Alexius. Hundreds of chandeliers sparkled above the banquet hall, and the finest bards across the kingdom strummed their lutes. Despite the jovial atmosphere, a shadow of concern loomed over King Gideon. The 'Eye of the Dragon' was missing, two days before he would pass it on to Alexius during the coronation ceremony.
