Isabella's Dream
Once upon a time, in a city teeming with beauty and elegance, where the sun always smiled kindly, there lived a woman by the name of Isabella. Isabella was not like any ordinary woman. She had a gift, a wondrous, magical power that allowed her to bring life to her dreams. It was a gift she had received from her father, a renowned magician in their town.
Isabella had a dream world that was filled with exhilarating marvels and intricate life forms many could never conceive. She spent days, even months, carefully crafting these worlds in her dreams, molding each unique piece with the touch of her magic. Every morning, she would open her eyes to bring a part of her dreams to life, unveiling magnificent creations from rainbow-feathered birds to towering trees with golden leaves.
Over time, Isabella's magical creations caught the attention of the people in her town. They were fascinated by how she could dream something and then create it in their reality. Isabella's creations soon spread joy and wonder across her city, making it a radiant symbol of beauty and creativity.
However, the city's prosperity came with its share of problems. The neighboring city, Dankis, ruled by the wicked King Rufus, was filled with envy. King Rufus decided to suppress Isabella's city and take away the source of its magic.
One dark night, King Rufus's soldiers invaded the peaceful city. They aimed to capture Isabella and use her gift for their own benefit and stifled any resistance with their illuminating, cyan swords. Isabella, however, had been alerted of their approaching plunder and managed to conceal herself in a safe. But, her heart ached for her beloved city, now under the reign of Rufus.
Plagued by the grief and burden of her people's suffering, Isabella hatched a plan. She decided to dream of peace, propose a treaty with King Rufus, offering to turn his barren kingdom into an enchanting city like hers. Deep in her withering spirit, she dreamt of a grand garden full of unimaginable flora and fauna in Dankis, nurturing it with raw emotions and magic.
Hesitant but intrigued by the enticing promise of prosperity, King Rufus agreed. With her eyes gently closed, Isabella summoned her gift, sweeping an iridescent aura from her heart to the edges of her fingertips. The magic enveloped Dankis, bringing the dreamt garden to life. The sight of a previously barren land now teeming with life exhilarated Rufus. In a soft voice, he promised to keep his city forever indebted to Isabella.
With her city emancipated from Rufus and both cities blooming with abundance and prosperity, Isabella died peacefully, leaving behind a life filled with dreams and magical creations. Every year, on the day of her death, the people of both the cities would bring a part of their dreams to life in honor of Isabella, preserving her legacy, making sure that the cities she had saved remained radiant symbols of beauty, creativity, courage, and hope.
