Eloen and The Magic Invertor

Once upon a time in the magical land of Naroka, there was a bespectacled young wizard named Eloen. He lived in a small cottage at the edge of the forest, beside a brook that sang songs of joy during the day and whispered tales of melancholy at night.
Eloen was no ordinary wizard and his people had come to terms with his peculiar manners. Since childhood, he was fascinated by the ordinary, the mundane – the things he could not change or influence with his magic. There was a strange satisfaction he found in curating a collection of things beyond the magical realm — knives, forks, balls, pens, books, and mirrors.
One evening as he was wandering in the forest, he found a strange object glowing amidst the shrubs – a shiny, golden sphere. It was a mere trinket for the average wizard but, for Eloen, it was an extraordinary find. He picked it up and it started to radiate a warm, comforting light. With fascination twinkling in his eyes, he hurried back to his cottage and placed the sphere on his favorite wooden shelf. Little did he know, this was not an ordinary object but a magical artifact that was waiting for hundreds of years to be discovered.
Days passed and Eloen often found himself mesmerized by the radiance and warmth of the sphere, it was an unusual feeling of connection. One day, as he was studying the sphere, it broke into two halves, revealing a mystical creature - a miniature dragon. The creature was silver in color with translucent wings and fiery orange eyes. It was trapped inside the sphere waiting for its savior. It curled around Eloen's left arm like a bracelet and made itself comfortable. They named the creature Fyre.
Fyre was no ordinary dragon; she was bestowed with the ability to invert magic. Magic hurled towards her would turn into its opposite. A spell to create a storm would result in a sunny day. This unique power made Fyre a powerful and dangerous ally.
With Fyre by his side, Eloen’s life transformed. They played, laughed, and practiced magic together. The village people were taken aback by this unexpected camaraderie. Soon, news of Eloen's alliance with Fyre reached the ears of the Dark Sorcerer – an evil wizard who ruled the neighboring kingdom with fear and magic.
The Sorcerer, intrigued by the dragon’s power, decided to kidnap Fyre and use her unique ability to overthrow other kingdoms. One night, using his dark crows, he captured Fyre while Eloen was deep in his sleep. When Eloen woke up and found Fyre missing, he knew something terrible had happened.
With his heart filled with fear but ignited with the determination to find Fyre, Eloen embarked on a journey towards the Dark Sorcerer’s kingdom. He faced numerous obstacles along the way, dark magic, enchanted creatures, and sinister traps. But his will was stronger than any magic and his love for Fyre braver than any spell.
After a pursuit that lasted several days, Eloen finally reached the castle of the Dark Sorcerer. There he saw Fyre, trapped inside a massive, magical cage. With a determined gaze, he faced the Sorcerer. The Sorcerer smirked and cast a deadly spell towards Eloen but before it could harm him, Fyre, inside the cage, inverted the spell and it boomeranged back to the Sorcerer, rendering him powerless.
Eloen, seizing the opportunity, broke the cage with all his might and set Fyre free. The castle shook and crumbled to the ground, but Eloen and Fyre escaped the ruins. Their journey back to Naroka was met with cheers and celebration, not just by their people, but by every creature of the magical land they had saved.
From that day forward, the bond between Eloen and Fyre became legendary. They taught us that magic existed not just in spells and artifacts but also in simple bonds of friendship. And so, they lived, leaving an enduring tale behind for ages to remember.
